Our one and only GT3RS arrived and has since gone to its new home. What a spectacular car in triple black. The graphics are something very special – look carefully at the pics and comment. This is a one of in black, with black full leather interior, black graphics and black wheels. Watch this blog for my post of a video of the car. You just have to hear it to understand the Porsche magic.

2008 GT3RS has landed

The GT3RS looks great but quite sombre in all balck and I feel the brake calipers in yellow are a bit gaudy even if you have to advertize the fact that you have ceramic brakes. So give me a white GT3RS anyday with white seats – maybe with some red piping in the leather and red brake calipers

I personally like the sinister purpose built look. Kind of a Darth Vader appeal. For me the yellow calipers draws attention to the mechanical beauty of those brakes. The white does look more like a race car though.

The black GT3RS with orange accents and orange wheels is the “real deal”. Our first GT3RS was that combo and it is still, to my eye, the best looking version. The owner uses it at the track regularly but with black wheels for the aformentioned Darth Vader look.
