3.8 Liter 964 Engine Build – Part 2

George already has the bottom end together and I missed out on pictures.  But if you look at the 1993 RS America Engine Rebuild posts you can see what goes on.

He has been porting and polishing the heads this week.  On pictures 6, 7 & 8 you can see what he is doing on the Bridgeport milling machine.  Then he does the finish polish work by hand.  I will post pictures of the finished heads soon.  The fan shroud is polished with fan and alternator assembled.
