1963 Elva Porsche

This car was being displayed by The Collier Collection in the Heritage Exhibition at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona.  It was built to compete in the USRRC (United States Road Racing Championship), predecessor to the SCCA Can Am series.  The Elva is a very light weight car and this one is powered by a Fuhrmann 4-cam Carrera engine.  It was previously owned and raced by Joe Pendergast in the early ’80’s.
