Part 6 of 1993 Porsche RS America Engine Rebuild

This is the final post on this rebuild.  If you have been following this project you know that the engine had been recently rebuilt by another shop.  There were a lot of mistakes made causing a rocker arm failure during a race.  More serious problems would have followed, but when George found the broken rocker arms and looked into the cause, he and the owner suspitioned more trouble.

George installed the engine last week and he took it out to Roebling Road Raceway today for some shake down laps.  The car performed beautifully and the owner will be more than pleased.  When he picks it up it will be race ready.  The car is very well sorted out and now it has an engine to match.

  1. Wally,

It would be “shake” not shack.
